Embroidery Artwork and Digitizing

Good embroidery begins before the machine runs. Artwork must be translated into stitches for a specific material, size, and placement. The digitized file controls stitch direction, density, underlay, sequence, trims, and other production details.

Vector artwork preferred
Digitizing may be required
Sew-out and sample approval

01

Accepted artwork

Send AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, or a high-resolution PNG. Vector artwork is best because shapes and lettering can be evaluated cleanly at the intended size.

02

What affects digitizing

Small text, outlines, gradients, fabric stretch, seams, backing, logo dimensions, and placement can require design changes or different stitch settings.

03

What affects final pricing

Final pricing may depend on stitch count, thread colors, placement, material, quantity, digitizing, sample approval, and production requirements.
